Here's the official release from the Nationals RE: this morning's Rule 5 Draft selections and corresponding 40-man roster move. Note that Wil Nieves is still hanging in there by a thread, probably hoping Pudge fails his physical to kill the deal. Here you go, direct from the Nats:

NATIONALS SELECT FOUR PLAYERS IN RULE 5 DRAFT & TRADE TOP SELECTION TO YANKEES TO COMPLETE DEAL FOR BRIAN BRUNEY
Washington releases right-handed pitcher Zack Segovia
The Washington Nationals today selected four players in Major League Baseball’s Rule 5 Draft and traded their top selection to the New York Yankees to complete Monday’s deal for right-handed pitcher Brian Bruney. Prior to today’s Draft, Washington unconditionally released right-handed pitcher Zack Segovia. Nationals Senior Vice President and General Manager Mike Rizzo made the announcements.
The Nationals selected outfielder Jamie Hoffmann from the Los Angeles Dodgers in the Major League Phase of the Rule 5 Draft, then traded him to the Yankees. Washington selected three players in the Triple-A Phase of the Draft: right-handed pitcher Arismendy Mota from the Chicago White Sox, left-handed pitcher Michael Wlodarczyk from the Tampa Bay Rays and outfielder Nicholas Moresi from the Houston Astros.
