King-Sized Weight-Loss Shocker!
"Reliever Ray King arrived in camp in the best shape of his life. He lost 23 pounds and hardly has a gut. King decided to stay away from junk food and sodas and start working out with son. He said instead of going to In-N-Out Burger, King ate salmon instead."

Way to go, Ray!
The artist formerly known as "Burger" will now be known as "Salmon". Or: "The Lean, Mean, Fat Reducing Pitching Machine."
Two questions: Now that the Paul Lo Duca Syringe Night promo has been canceled, will the Nats consider adding a Ray King bobblehead night? And would it be in the likeness of the rotund Ray King or the new skinny Ray King?
Meanwhile...
- Only one more day 'till pitchers and catchers report!
- Is there really any doubt about which way the ruling on Felipe's arbitration case will swing?
- Svrluga chats at 2 over on WashingtonPost.com. Will it be his last?
