(Photo of TV/MASN by Nationals Enquirer staff. Drew Storen earned the rights to the Silver Fox after bailing out Livo in the 7th and picking up his first Major League Win.)
"I mean, my win, coming in and just throwing two-thirds of an inning after he goes on three days' rest and has a solid outing, it's kind of unfair for me to take that win away from him."

The Drew Storen Victory Tour rolls on.
First the shaving cream pie treatment; next, the Silver Elvis wig treatment.
Nationals 5, Mets 3: Livo, Drew, Clip n' Save, and offense when it counts.
Losing streak over, life above .500 resumes.
In the olden days, things like inside the park home runs and triple plays would've provided the backdrop for another horrific loss. But remember, these are the Mets. And these aren't the same old Nats.
Triple double: Guz hits into triple play, hits triple. Seems somehow fitting that Cristian Guzman would hit into the first triple play in the history of the Washington Nationals. He earned the honor.

It must be said. It's not Storen, Clip'N'Save.
It's now Clip, Store, and Save. That's the new bullpen. And hopefully they can do a repeat performance on June 4 behind 6 dominant innings from tonight's starter in Syracuse.

If nothing else, you have to love that Storen always says the right things. What a great quote after getting his first win in the big leagues, very classy.
And correct, Livo goes 6 1/3 on three days rest giving up 2 runs. Great work by the maestro.
