NFA linked up the story that Aaron Crow has signed a minor league deal with the Independent Fort Worth Cats.

More from Fort Worth Star Telegram, complete with verbal hand grenades tossed by Crow's agent Randy Hendricks, including:

“We wouldn’t have had him sign with the Cats if we thought he was going to sign with the Nationals...The last I talked with Jim Bowden, he didn’t think there was anything more to talk about. I didn’t disagree.”

Simply posturing, or is this thing dead? Guess we'll find out at midnight Friday. Isn't this the first peep heard out of Crow's camp in the media during these negotiations?
