I love the interesting math/accounting debates going on at WaPo in Chico's write up of the signing. They go back and forth on the size of the bonus, and then someone throws in "time value of money" (I shudder at the term).
Best part? No, NO, linking to the Natosphere that TOTALLY outpaced WaPo in both depth, speed and the initial coverage of the story.
WaPo and WaTi got totally busted by blogs, but won't link to them...

The truth is that Brian over at Nationals Farm Authority regularly scoops the pros at the WaPo, WaTi, and Nats dot com. Other than him, in general the rest of us are just reading the news and reacting.
But yeah, those time value of money equations still make me shudder.
